Each lesson consists of a new sequence of exercises, which allows you to harmoniously work out the whole body
 
Stretching becomes effective and safe only when the muscles and ligaments of the body are well warmed. Therefore, each lesson begins with physical exercises – running, jumping, squat. The main stage is a set of stretching exercises. At the end – a hitch to restore breathing.
